We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any goods or services once a purchase is completed. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms.

EXCEPTIONS

We only address issues related to damaged or incorrect items:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Requirements: To discuss a resolution, we require proof of purchase and clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed for shipping.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please send us an email at info@stayoffcollection.com.

SHIPPING

Shipping is not free. All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer at checkout.

Nigeria: Orders are shipped within 5 working days to 1 week after payment is confirmed.
United States: Orders are shipped within 14 working days after payment is confirmed.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In the event that an exchange for a damaged item is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
